Our team of professionals produced this piece for them. Enjoy
I recently Shot for a Law Library. They were featuring their staff and how great they are. How would you title this photo to bring in more patrons? I am thinking…. Have you met your librarian today, this week, this decade? Quote from client “Please let Steve know that I looked at the pictures and they are fabulous. We’re going to have a hard time deciding.”
The Bayles Family was honored for their 5 year dedication to Alex’s Lemonade Stand and were asked to join the Flyers on Center Ice during the Flyers Ducks Game on Oct 21st at 7pm to help raise awareness of Childhood Cancer. They have raised over 60,000 over 5 years.
Steve recently participated in the development of the Chester County Library system Value to the County advocacy initiative. Peggy Wadsworth, Staff Development and Community Advocacy Coordinator remarked, “Working with you when you were taking the photos and watching you interact with the people and the conversations you had with them, helped me further define the project. The images really tell the story.”
Ok, my family wouldn’t be caught dead doing this but hey, I am a thrill seeker. Firestone asked me to go up for my annual fall shoot. We started off in New Jersey and headed up to Newark, NJ to shoot the Prudential Arena and then off to the Hudson River near the Statue of Liberty to shoot the Liberty National Country Club. (God that NYC air traffic is crazy…I had one eye on the prize and the other eye on my life and traffic). We then headed off to shoot around Giant Stadium and finally to Scanton, PA. As you […]

Here is an image I shot the other day. We had some plain jane booring parts to photograph and they wanted something much fancier…..we call it a “glamour shot.” This particular image is quite dramatic, with only one light source on the product. Typically we use multiple light sources to enhance and show all features of a product, but once in a while that is not required and interest in the image or product is gained by interesting lighting.
We were contracted to photograph things having to do with public transportation for a brochure. This is my favorite image, showing the fast moving train to the side with people walking along. It shows motion of both the train and the people, keeping your eyes interest. Philadelphia Commercial Photographer UPDATE: We received our Comment card back from the client…..They rated us at the top of the list for Timeliness, Quality of Images, Creativity, Packaging, and Overall Rating. One more satisfied Visual Technology client!
Green screen that is. Shooting photos using a green screen is an exciting way of producing images that allows us to replace the background with another photo or design. Why green? Because there is less green in human flesh tones (unless you have been flying around town in a doorless 2 man helicopter – but I have already written about that). As an example, we shoot UTI graduates using a green screen and then provide a choice of their logo or actual school as a background. Really, wouldn’t a graduation photo in front of your school trigger more memories in […]
Dirty Philadelphia commercial photography job for Andritz Group … wow, this job was very difficult. My gear and me ended up smelling like fecal matter. Yes, crap. This plant turns human waste into fertilizer pellets. There is nothing I won’t do for a client… ok maybe next time I will rethink this job. Yes that little guy is me!
